መስራቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው አሸናፊ ድርጂት የሸነፈውን እቃ እሰከ መስሪያቤቱ ድረስ የማምጣት እና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ክፍያ የምከፈላው የቀረበው እቃ ትክክለኛነቱ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ነው። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት CPO እስከ መስሪያቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ማምጣት አለበት። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት private key number ሼር ማድረግ አለበት የሚቀርበው ደረሰኝ ማኑዋል ከሆነ QR ኮድ ያለው መሆን አለበት። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና ( Sample) እስከ ቢሮ ድረስ ማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት። አሸናፊ ድርጂት ያሸነፈውን እቃ ካላቀረበው ለግዢ ኤጀንሲ ደብዳቤ ተፅፎ ሌላ ማንኛውም ጫራታ ላይ እንዳይሳተፍ ይደረጋል።
