The university has the right to reject the tender fully or partially. የዋጋ ማስተካከያው በሦስት ወራት ውስጥ በገበያ ጥናት ወይም ስታቲስቲክስ ጥናት ላይ ተመስርቶ ሊቀንስ ወይም ሊጨምር ይችላል፤ ሆኖም የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚፈቀደው በዓመታዊ ዕቅዱ(ግባዓት) ውስጥ የተገለጸው ሥራ 25% ሲጠናቀቅ ብቻ ነው።
