Qualification Requirements

• Manufacturer Authorization Letter Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6. Reference: ITB 35.4
• supplier list Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7 Reference: ITB 35.2
• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts  Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3; Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid excise tax registration certificate For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;  Reference: ITB 35.2

1.ዩኒቨርስቲዉ ሌላ አማረጭ ጋገኜ ጫረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መፍቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ማንኛዉም ተወዳዳሪ የመወዳደረያ ሰነድ በስስተም ላይ የተጠየቀዉን ኮፕዉን ስስተም ላይ ማስገባት አለበት፡፡ 3.የጫረታ ማስከበረያ cpo ጫረታዉ ሰዓት ከማለቁ በፍት ኮፕዉን በስስተም ላይ በመስገባት ኦርጅናሉን በደምብዶሎ ዩኒቨርስቲ በአካል በመምጣት ማስመስገብ አለበት፡፡ 4.ለጫረታዉ የተሰተዉ ሰዓት ኣለቆ ጫረታዉ ከተዘገዉ ቦኃላ በተሰጠዉ ሳዓት ዉስጥ የመክፈቻ ቁልፉን ሸር ያላደረገዉ ተጫረች ኃላፍነቱ የማንቀበል መሆናችንን እናሳዉቃለን፡፡5.ዕቃዉ የምኒራከበዉ በደ/ዶሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዕቃ ግንጃ ቤት ሆኖ የጥራት ዳራጃ እና ጥራቱ እስፔስፍኬሽን ላይ በተቀመጠዉ መሠራት የዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ቴክኒካል ኮምቴ አጠርቶ የምራከብ ይሆነል፡፡
