Terms and Conditions

The procurement shall be governed in accordance with the Public Procurement Proclamation and Directives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the specific terms outlined in the Bidding Document (BDS) for the Procurement of Maintenance and Repair Service for the Ethiopian Military Academy (EMA). Bidders must comply with all technical, legal, and financial qualifications specified in the tender notice.
