Qualification Requirements

• Manufacturer Authorization Letter Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6. Reference: ITB 35.4
• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• supplier list Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7 Reference: ITB 35.2
• conflict of interest Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3  Reference: ITB 35.2
• financial statements certified by an independent auditor  Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified. Reference: ITB 35.5
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Annual turnover When the annual turnover submitted by the bidder is not less than the average annual turnover specified in the bid document. Reference: ITB 35.5

• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts  Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3; Reference: ITB 35.4

• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4

1. ተጫራቾች ሁሉንም ናሙና ይቅረብላቸው የተባሉ ዕቃዎች ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ጊዜ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ 2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ እስከ መስሪያ ቤቱ ማለትም ድሬደዋ አካቢቢ የሚገኘው በሰላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት ሁርሶ ድረስ የሚያስረክብበት ቦታ ላይ ያሉትን ማንኛውንም የመጓጓዣ፣የሙያተኛ ድጋፍ እና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ርክክብ እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ ያለውን ወጪ በራሱ ይሸፈናል፡፡ 3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማንኛወም ተጫራች በብሔራዊ ባንክ ከተፈቀደላቸው የፋይናንስ ተቋማት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥ በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ የተገለፀውን የገንዘብ ዓይነትና መጠን የሚያሟላ ዋናውን (ኦሪጅናል) የጨረታ ዋስትና Defence peace keeping center contigent training school (መከ/ሠላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት ብለው በማሰራት ሲሰተም ላይ የማሰገባትና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ቢፊት ኦርጂናሉን ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 4. Pass key ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት አታች ማድረግ አለበት 5. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ/አማራጭ/ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
