Qualification Requirements

• Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2
• conflict of interest Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3  Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid excise tax registration certificate For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Warranty Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; Reference: ITB 35.4
• Debarment Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation  Reference: ITB 35.2
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2

ማሳሰቢያ፡- ማሳሰቢያ፡- የተጠየቀውን እቃ ጥራት በባህር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ እቃ ግምጃ ቤት ላይ በሚመደቡት የጥራት ባለሙያዎች እየተረጋገጠ ገቢ የሚሆን መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን online መጫን ግዴታ ሲሆን፤ በonline የጫኑትን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ዋናዉ ግቢ በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 209 ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡  በጨረታዉ ላይ አለመግባባት ቢኖር በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡ መስፈርቶች እና በፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም በመመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 ዉሳኔ የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ማናኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቀደም ብሎ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን መላክ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን፤ ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ሰዓት በኋላ የሚላክ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
