Qualification Requirements

ሆስፒታሉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው:: ማንኛውም አቅራቢ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Cpo) ሲያሰገባ የካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ ማለት አለበት ።ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን (CPO) በአካል ሆስፒታሉ ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት። ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ማብራሪያ(Clarification) የሚጠይቀው ሲስተሙ ላይ መሆን አለበት በአካል የመጣን ማንኛውም ማብራሪያ መቀበል የማንችል መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡ ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ጨረታው ከተዘጋ በኃላ እና ከመከፈቱ 60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ (Key share) ማድረግ አለበት ይህ ካልሆነ ሆስፒታላችን ሀላፊነት አይወስድም። አሸናፊው ድርጅት የአሸነፈበትን ዕቃ ገቢ የሚያደርገው ሆስፒታሉ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ወጭ ነው ። ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የቴክኒክ ውጤት ካለቀ በኃላ ፋይናሽያል ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቅሬታ ካለው ሲስተሙ ላይ ባለው ቅሬታ ማቅረቢያ 5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ውስጥ ቅሬታ ማቅረብ አለበት ይህ ቀን ገደብ ካለፈ በኃላ ቅሬታ የማንቀበል መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡ ማንኛውም አቅራቢ ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸውን እቃዎች በተገለፀው የማስረከቢያ ቀን መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በተቀመጠው ስፔክ እና መለኪያ መሰረት ብቻ መሙላት ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩት በካታሎግ የሚቀርቡ ስሆኑ ሌሎች የተቀሩት እቃዎች ሆስፒታሉ ድረስ በመምጣት ሳንፕል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን በካታሎግ የምታቀርቡ ይሆናል፡፡ white board Binding machine Laminating Machine ማስታወቂያ ቦርድ ተጫራቾች ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ደብዳቤ የሚታፅፉ ለሚትወዳደሩበት እቃ አምራች መሆናችሁን የሚያረጋግጥ ሰረቴፍኬት ከደብዳቤው ጋር አብሮ ተያይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-ሳንፕል የምንቀበለው ጨረታው እስኪዘጋ ድረስ ብቻ መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡
