Terms and Conditions

Tendering term of conditions. 1. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያውን የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ደረስ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን የጨረታ ማስከበረያውን በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡ 3. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ እና ሌሎች ተጠየቁት ሰነዶች ሁሉም e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 4. የሚቀርበዉ የፕርንተር ቀለም ኦርጂናል፣ያልተሞሉ ወይም refill ያልተደረጉ እና ያልደረቁ መሆን አለበት፡፡ 5. አሸናፊ ድርጅት የፕርንተር ቀለሙን ገቢ ከሚያደርግበት ቀን ጀምሮ ቀለሙ ቢደርቅ ወይም የማይሰራ ቢሆን በምትኩ ሌላ የፕርንተር ቀለም የሚቀይር መሆኑን አዉቃችሁ ለአንድ አመት የሚቆይ warranty ማቅረብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 6. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 7. የፕርንተር ቀለም ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ቀደም ብሎ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ እና አዲስ ያልሆነ ወይም የተሰራበት ሳምፕል ያቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡ 8. በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ካደደራጀው መ/ቤት በላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበረያ ብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደገበት መሆን አለበት፡፡ 9. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎችን ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡ 10. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
