ተቋሙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሲፒዮ እና ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ /unconditional የባንክ ጋራንት ማምጣት አለባቸው ፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ፕሪንተሮቹን በተቋሙ ንብረት ገቢ ካደረጉ በኋላ በምንፈልጋቸው ቅርንጫፍ መስሪያ ቤቶቻችን (ወረዳዎች) በመሄድ የመግጠም፣ለባለሞያዎች ስልጠና የመስጠት እና ድጋፍ የማድረግ ስራ መስራት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ለሶስቱም ግብዓቶች (ፕሪንተር፣ቀለም እና ላይሰንስ) የአምራችነት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ/MAF/ ማያያዝ ያለባቸው ሲሆን ተቋማችን ስለ ትክክለኛነቱ ከአምራቹ የማረጋገጥ ስራ ይሰራል፡፡
