PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Our company is undertaking the Asseb Corridor (Mellodoni Junction - Manda – Bure) Road Project in Ethiopia, with a total length of 70.6 km. The Employer is the Ethiopian Roads Administration. At present, the Employer requires to accelerate the construction progress to ensure the project is completed on schedule.

Affected by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the import channel of PG 76-22 modified asphalt required by the project has been interrupted, and the supply cannot be guaranteed. Mean- while, there is no compliant off the shelf PG 76-22 modified asphalt available in the local Ethiopian market, which has severely restricted the pavement construction progress.

To ensure construction continuity and complete the project on schedule, we hereby publicly procure 1,300 tons of PG 76-22 standard modified asphalt that meets the project specifications and design requirements, with ready stock and prompt delivery capability.

This procurement announcement shall be valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of issuance.
