ማሳሰቢያ፤ መስሪያቤታችን የኢትዮጵያ ፖሉስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የ2019 በጀት አመት Laptop Computer Corei5 እቃዎችን የመግዛት በወጣው ግልጽ ጨረታ ላይ የሚወዲደሩ ዴርጅቶች የሚከተሉትን ነገሮች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1) አሸናፊው ዴርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን Laptop Computer Corei5 እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሰንዳፋ ከተማ የኢትዮጵያ ፖሉስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2) ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንዴ ቀን በፊት ኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 08 በአካል ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ይህን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካን በማዴረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 3) ዴርጅቶች የመወደዳሪያነት የምታቀርቡትን ናሙና አይነቱን በመጥቀስ በጨረታ ሰነደ (specific requirement) ውስጥ በተቀመጠው የናሙና ማስረከቢያ ፎርም ላይ በመሙላት ማቅረብ አለባችሁ ፤ካልሆነ የማናስተናግዳችሁ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡ 4) ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪ ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች በኋላ የሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስዴም፡፡ 5) አሸናፊው ዴርጅት የሚያቀርበው Laptop Computer Corei5 እቃዎች ጥራት ያለው መሆን አለበት፡፡ አንዲንዴ እቃዎች የተለያዩ መገለጫ ስሊሊቸው ቴክኒካል ስፔካቸውን ማየት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 6) ከጥቃቅንናአነስታኛ ተቋም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የዴጋፍ ደብዲቤ የምታመጡ ዴርጅቶች የምታመጡት ደብዳቤ በ2017 ዓ.ም በወጣው የግዥ መመረያ መሰረት ከአደራጃችሁ ተቋም በትክክል የተጻፈ፣ የግንኙነት አዴራሻ ያለው፣በደብዳቤው ላይ የጨረታው አይነት/የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥሩ/ እና የገንዘቡ መጠን መገለጽ አለበት፡፡ 7)ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ዴርጅቶች የጨረታ መተማመኛ ቅጽ specific requirement ላይ በፒዱኤፍ ስላስቀመጥን ቅጹን እንድ አንዴ ህጋዊ ሰነዴ /legal document/ ሞልታችሁ እንዴታቀርቡ እናሳስባለን፡፡ 8) መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙለ በሙለ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለዉ፡፡
