Qualification Requirements

• financial statements certified by an independent auditor  Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified. Reference: ITB 35.5
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• conflict of interest Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Relevant professional practice certificates Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv); Reference: ITB 35.3
• supplier list Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7 Reference: ITB 35.2

1.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID Bond Bank Guarantee) በአካል የግዥ እና ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ቀደም ብሎ ማምጣት አለባችሁ እንዲሁም ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችዋል፡፡ 2.ተጫራች ድርጅቶች የሚወዳደሩባቸውን የተለያዩ የFargo Materials ዝርዝር መግለጫዎች (Specifications) ያላቸውን ዕቃዎች፣ ከቴክኒካል ሰነዶቻቸው (Technical Documents) ጋር በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ማስገባት ይጠበቅባችኋል። 3.ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩበት የFargo Materials ናሙና የተባሉ እቃዎች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙናውን ግዥ ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 4.በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን Procurement Of Fargo Materials እስከ ገዥው መጋዘን ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት (ሳሪስ ቡና ቦርድ በሚገኘው ንብረት አስተዳደር ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት መምሪያ መጋዘን). 5.ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
