 በጨረታው የሚሳተፉ ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበት አቅርቦት በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፤  አሸናፊው ተጫራች በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ፕሮግራሙ አየር ላይ የማይውልበት ሁኔታ በጣቢያው ምክንያት ቢፈጠር በሌሎች ቀናት ፕሮግራሙን አየር ላይ እንዲውል /እንዲካካስ ያደርጋል፤ ይህ በማይሆንበት ጊዜ የማካካሻ ፕሮግራሙ የሚተላለፍበትን ቀን ውል ለመ/ቤቱ ቀድሞ ያሳውቃል በተገለፀው መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ካልሆነና ፕሮግራሙ ሳይተላለፍ ከቀረ ውል ሰጪ ላልተላለፈው ፕሮግራም ክፍያውን አይፈፅምም፤  በፕሮግራም ቅድመ ቀረፃ ወቅት በቪዲዮ የተቀረጹትን ዋና ዋናውን በፎቶ በመቀየር ያቀርባል፤  አሸናፊው የሚዲያ ተቋም ለፕሮግራሙ የሚያስፈልጉ መረጃዎችን ከባለድርሻ አካላት/ ከህብረተሰቡ ለግብዓት የሚሆኑ መረጃዎችን በመሰብሰብ ቃለ መጠይቆችን እና ዶክመንቶችን በማዘጋጀት ፕሮግራሙ የተሻለና ተደራሽ እንዲሆን ያደርጋል፤  አሸናፊው ድርጀት ከተቋሙ የሚመለከታቸው ክፍሎች ጋር በጋራ በመሆን ለሚሰራቸው ስራዎች በመወያየትና የጋራ መግባባት ላይ በመድረስ የፕሮግራሙ ስርጭት የተሻለ ተፈፃሚ እንዲሆን ያደርጋል ፤  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታወን በከፊል ወይም በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፤
