ናሙና የሚቀርብበት ቦታ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት አዋሽ 7 ኪሎ ከተማ ወይም ፖ.ሳ.ቁ.107 አዋሽ 7 ብሎ መላክ ይችላል፡፡ ማንኛውም የማጓጓዣ ወጪ በአቅራቢ ድርጅቱ የሚሸፈን መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት በአሸነፈባቸው ዕቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አና የጉልበት ሰራተኞች ወጪ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መጋዘን ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ በሚሰጠው የግዥ ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን በሲስተም አታች በማድረግ እና በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ይሁን በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
