• Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2

በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የጠቀስናቸው የተለያዩ ኤሌክትሪክ እና በኤሌክትሪክ የሚሰሩ አላቂ የቢሮ ዕቃዎች ግዥ በተዘረዘሩት መሰረት መወዳደር የፈለገ ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችል መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን።ሆኖም መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ(CPO) በሲስተም ማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፣በተጨማሪም በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያሰሩ በአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መሆን አለበት በዋና መስሪያ ቤት የተሰራ(CPO) ተቀባይነት የለዉም፡፡በተጨማሪም አሸናፊው ተጫራች እቃውን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ከአዲስ አበባ 230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ከሚገኘው የጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቅርንጫፍ የሆነው አዋሽ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ማድረስ እና ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል ። ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በዚህ መደወል ይችላሉ 0222240417
