1.ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልምሆነበሙየመሰረዝመብቱየተጠበቀነው፡፡ 2. የጨረታማስከበሪያቢድቦንድ/CPO ጥቃቅንነ አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ 3. ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው አዲስአበባ ኮሪያዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊትለፊት በሚገኘው በዩኒቨርሲቲው የማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጎባ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡. 4.ተወዳዳሪድርጅትለእየንዳንዱየእቃናሙና (Item Sample) ማቅረብይኖርበታል፡፡ 5. አሽናፊውድርጅትዕቃውንመደወላቡዩኒቨርሲቲጎባሪፈራልሆስፒታልድረስማቅረብግዴታአለበት:: 6.ጥቃቅንነአነስተኛኢንተርፕዝየጨረታመተመማኛቅፅ(አባር 4) ሞልተውአየይዘውማቅረብአለበቸው 7.ማህበራትየጨረታመተማመኛቅፅ/አባሪ 4ሞልተውሰነዱንማያያዝናሀርድኮፒውንመወዩማስተባበሪያ ጨረታከመከፈቱበፊትማድረስይጠበቅባችል፡፡ 8.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO ቢድቦንድ ሀርድኮፒው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የመዉዩ ማስተባበሪያ አዲስአባባ መድረስ አለበት፡፡ 9.መ/ቤቱብዛትንበተመለከተ 20% መቀነስምሆነመጨመርየሚችልመሆኑንይውቁት፡፡ 10.ተጨረቾችየጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ስታሰሩ ለመደወለቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጎባ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ብለችሁ እንድታሰሩ እንገልፅለን፡፡ 11 .ጨረታዉን ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙናዎት መወዩ ጎባ ህ/ጤ/ሳይ/ኮሌጅ ልዩ መግለጫ መሰረት መቅረቡ መረጋገጥ ያለበት ስለሆኔ ናሙና መታያት አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ስለተገኛ ናሙናዎትን ማቅረብ አይዘንጉ፡፡ በልቀረበ ናሙና ማወዳደር ስለማይቻል፡፡
