Qualification Requirements

• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2

1.መስሪያቤቱ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ(CPO) ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያሰሩ በአዲስ አበባ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መሆን አለበት በዋና መስሪያ ቤት የተሰራ(CPO) ተቀባይነት የለዉም፡፡ 3.ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል,የሚቀርቡት ዕቃዎች ጥራታቸዉን የጠበቁ እና አንደኛ ደረጃ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ናሙና ያላመጣ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከውድድሩ ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡ 4.ሁሉም ተጫራች የጨረታ መክፈጫ ቁልፍ /tender key/ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማስገባት አለባችሁ::
