ናሙና ለሚያሰፈልጉ እቃዎች ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተም ማያያዙ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ ኦርጅናል CPO በአካል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን እቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ኮሚሽኑ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ፡፡
