Qualification Requirements

• Manufacturer Authorization Letter The bidder has to submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6 Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(iii)
• Nationality Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 4.2
• Conflict of Interest No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 4.3 Reference: ITB 4
• Personnel for the key positions The bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet the requirements: Reference: ITB 14.1
• Debarred by decision of the FPPA The bidder must not be debarred by decision of the Public Procurement Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4. Reference: ITB 4.4
• Financial Standing of the Bidder The average annual turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 2 years, should be at least ETB 400,000,000(four hundred million). Reference: ITB 23.2(b)(ii)
• Descriptive technical literature The bidder has to submit descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 (if required in BDS); Reference: ITB 23.2(c)(i)
