The bureau is right to cancel the bid in fully or partially. The suppliers must be delivery the sample in Oromia agricultural bureau before the bid opening. the winner must be delivery all items in own cost Modjo. The original CPO or bank guarantee must be submitted or delivered in person to the Oromia Agricultural Bureau before the bid opening.
