Qualification Requirements

• የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ሐ) መሠረት የውጭ ሀገር ተጫራች ሆኖ ከተቋቋመበት ሀገር የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ሐ)
• የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣  Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (ii)
• የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (i) መሠረት ተጫራቹ ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (i)

• የመጫረቻ ገንዘብ ተጫራቹ ለመጫረት ያቀረበው የመጫረቻ ገንዘብ በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ አንቀጽ 13 ካልሆነ፣ Reference: 13

Terms and Conditions

ተጫራቶች ለሚጫረቱበት ጨረታ ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ያለበት ሲሆን ናሙና የሚቀርብበት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ሁለት ቀን በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል ፡፡ ናሙና ያላቀረብ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውጭ ይሆናል ፡፡ አሸናፊ ደርጅትባሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10%በመቶ ውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ አሸናፊነቱ ከታወቃ ከ7ኛ ቀን ጀምሮ በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል መፈረም አለበት ፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ውል የማይፈጸም አሸናፊዎች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስዙትን ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይደረጋል ፡፡ ቢሮው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ በኢጂፒ /eGP/ ሥርዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች የግል ቁልፋቸውን (Private Key) ማጋራት የሚችሉት ጨረታው ጨረታው እከሚዘጋ ድረስ ወይም ኮምፕሊት እስከሚባል ድረስ መላክ ይችላሉ።
