የአሸዋ ፤ድንጋይ እና ጠጠርን በተመለከተ ዋጋ ስቀርብ በቦንጋና አካባቢ ዋጋ መሆን እዳለበት እድሁም ብዛትም የተጠቀሰ ቢሆንም አቅርቦቱ ግን አንድ ግዜ ሳይሆን በሚፈለግበት ወቅት ወይም በተለያየ ግዜ የአቅርቦት ትዛዝ ስሰጥ የሚቀርብ ይሆናል፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ አስቀድሞ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት::  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ንብረቱን ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት አቅርቦት ከመፈጸሙ በፊት የዕቃውን ናሙና ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
