 ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ዕቃውን እስከ ዩኒቨርስቲ ግቢ ድረስ በማምጣትና በጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ አረጋግጦ ገቢ የማድረግ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡  ተወዳዳሪዎች ከአካባቢ ውጭ ሲሆኑ የአካባቢውን ዋጋ ያላገናዘበ ዋጋ በመሙላት በተደጋጋሚ የጨረታ ሂደታችንን እያስተጓጎላችሁብን ሲለሆነ ከቦንጋ እና ከቦንጋ አካባቢ ውጭ የሚሳተፍ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡
