Qualification Requirements

• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: ITB 35.4
• Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements . Reference: ITB 35.4
• VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii) Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2
• Nationality Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2. Reference: ITB 35.2

ናሙና የሚቀርብበት ቦታ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት አፋር አዋሽ 7 ኪሎ ከተማ ወይም ፖ.ሳ.ቁ.107 አዋሽ 7 ብሎ መላክ ይችላል፡፡ ማንኛውም የማጓጓዣ ወጪ በአቅራቢ ድርጅቱ የሚሸፈን መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት በአሸነፈባቸው ዕቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አና የጉልበት ሰራተኞች ወጪ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መጋዘን ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ በሚሰጠው የግዥ ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን በስስተም አታች በማድረግ እና በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ይሁን በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ለበለጠ ማብራርያ ከታች የተጠቀሱትን ስልክ ቁጥ መጠቀም ይቻላል።0222240417
