I1D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the below listed items.

Mandatory eligibility criteria and detail of information:
- Renewed & Valid trade license for related items,
- Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate,
- Tax Identification certificate,
- Bid documents with the detail description of items can be obtained from Imagine1day Addis Ababa Country Office from 27-Oct-2026 to 05-Nov-2026
- Both financial and technical documents with all legal documents (two copies-one original and one copy for each) which on stamped envelopes should be separately submitted to Imagine1day Country Office,
- Bid Submission: Bidders must submit their offers with all the required tender documents, clearly marked with the bidder’s name and address, and bearing the bidder’s official legal stamp. The complete bid must be placed in the designated bid box on the bid submission date and before the specified deadline. Early or late submissions will not be accepted. Bid will be closed on 05-Nov-2026 at 10:00AM and opened on 05-Nov-2026 at 10:30 and 11:30AM respectively in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at Imagine1day Country office.
