Qualification Requirements

• የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬትበጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (ii)
• በመንግሥት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፍ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን የታገደበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.4 መሠረት ከዚህ በፊት ከነበሩ የኮንትራት ግዴታዎች ጋር በተያያዘ ምክንያት በመንግሥት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፍ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን የታገደ ተጫራች ከሆነ፣Reference: 4.4

Terms and Conditions

ተጫራቶች ለሚጫረቱበት ጨረታ ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ያለበት ሲሆን ናሙና የሚቀርብበት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ሁለት ቀን በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል ፡፡ ናሙና ያላቀረብ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውጭ ይሆናል ፡፡ አሸናፊ ደርጅትባሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10%በመቶ ውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ አሸናፊነቱ ከታወቃ ከ7ኛ ቀን ጀምሮ በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል መፈረም አለበት ፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ውል የማይፈጸም አሸናፊዎች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስዙትን ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይደረጋል ፡፡ ቢሮው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ በኢጂፒ /eGP/ ሥርዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች የግል ቁልፋቸውን (Private Key) ማጋራት የሚችሉት ጨረታው ጨረታው እከሚዘጋ ድረስ ወይም ኮምፕሊት እስከሚባል ድረስ መላክ ይችላሉ።
