Right to Play Ethiopia Country Office has been implementing three different education focused projects in two regions for the last 3 years. The first one is Enhancing Quality and Inclusive Education- EQIE which is being implemented with the financial support of NORAD from 2025- 2028 targeting 44 primary schools in Bishoft/Mojo woreda of Oromia regional state. There are two project implementing in Debre Birhan focusing on education and wellbeing funded bu Liverpool foundation and Read foundation.

SCOPE OF SERVICE:

1. The firm will audit the client's financial statement of the fiscal year 2026,
2. Approx. 48 box files of financial documents to be audited.
3. The firm will audit the financial statement and the supporting documents for the period concerned as prepared by the client and will give his/her opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statement.
4. The firm should conduct an audit according to International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and the Authority for Civil Society Organizations requirements.
5. The audit will be based in Addis Ababa Office
6. Consolidated Financial report and Management letter will be the major output of the services.

The requirements:

1. The Audit firm to provide a complete company profile.
2. Renewed Business Licenses for the year 2018 Ethiopian Calendar.
3. Renewed Registration Certificate for the year 2018 Ethiopian Calendar from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
4. Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.
5. Taxpayer registration Certificate (TIN)
6. Evidence of previous experience in providing similar service with International NGOS.
7. Maximum days to finalize the audit work (the audit service is expected to start early March 2027)
8. Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted both having Originals and Copies, following the procedure described in the bidding document, in a waxed sealed mother envelope to Right To Play Ethiopia's Country Office no later than Novembre 11, 2026, 2:30 PM.

9. The Bid will be closed at 2:30 PM on November 11, and will be opened at 3:00 PM November 30, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at Right To Play Ethiopia Country Office, Addis Ababa.
