• Part Number and Technical Compliance The bidder shall clearly indicate the manufacturer’s part number for each offered spare part. The offered parts shall comply with the required specifications, part numbers, equipment model, and quantities stated in the bidding document.Reference: 37.4 (e)
• Genuine and New Spare PartThe bidder submit All offered spare parts shall be brand-new, unused, genuine/OEM or OEM-approved, and suitable for the specified equipment.Reference: 17 & 37.4 (d)(i)
• Warranty Certificate:A bidder has to submit  a minimum one (1) year warranty covering the supplied spare parts against manufacturing defects.Reference: 37.4 (d) (ii)
