መስራቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጂት የሸነፈውን እቃ እሰከ መስሪያቤቱ ድረስ የማምጣት እና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ክፍያ የምከፈላው የቀረበው እቃ ትክክለኛነቱ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ እና ወንበሩ ላይ ተለብሶ ትክክል መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታው ሳይከፈት በፊት CPO እስከ መስሪያቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ማምጣት አለበት የሚቀርበው ደረሰኝ ማኑዋል ከሆነ QR ኮድ ያለው መሆን አለበት ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና ( Sample) ሰርቶ እስከ ቢሮ ድረስ ማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት አሸናፊ ድርጂት ያሸነፈውን እቃ ካላቀረበው ለግዢ ኤጀንሲ ደብዳቤ ተፅፎ ሌላ ማንኛውም ጫራታ ላይ እንዳይሳተፍ ይደረጋል፡፡
