Qualification Requirements

• ዜግነት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.2 መሠረት ተጫራቹ ዜግነት ካለው   Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሀ)
• የጥምረት ወይም የሽርክና ወይም የእሽሙር ማህበር የመረጃ ቅፅ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.1 መሠረት ጨረታው የቀረበው በጥምረት ወይም በሽርክና ወይም በእሽሙር ማህበር ከሆነና ተጫራቹ የጥምረት ወይም የሽርክና ወይም የእሽሙር ማህበሩን የመረጃ ቅፅ፣ ማህበሩ የተቋቋመበትን ስምምነት ወይም ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ከቻለ፣  Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ቀ)
• የኤክሳይዝ ታክስ ምዝገባ እና ታክሱ የተከፈለበት ሰርተፍኬት የኤክሳይዝ ታክስ የሚከፈልባቸው ምርቶች ሲሆኑ የኤክሳይዝ ታክስ ምዝገባ እና ታክሱ የተከፈለበት ሰርተፍኬት ከታክስ ባለስልጣን ማቅረብ ሲችል   Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሰ)
• የንግድ ፈቃድ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (i) መሠረት ተጫራቹ ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሲችል ፣  Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሐ)
• የጥቅም ግጭት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.3 መሠረት ተጫራቹ የጥቅም ግጭት የሌለበት መሆኑ ሲታወቅ፣ Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ለ)
• የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የሚጠየቅበት ተጫራች ሆኖ ሲገኝ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሲችል ፣   Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ሠ)
• ታክስ የተከፈለበት ሰርቲፊኬት በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (iii) መሠረት በሚመለከተው አካል የተሰጠ የወቅቱን ግብር የተወጣ ስለመሆኑ የሚያሳይ ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት ከታክስ ባለሥልጣን ማቅረብ ሲችል፣  Reference: የ.ተ.መ 37.2(ረ)
