ማሳሰቢያ የአዳራሽ ኪራይ አገልግሎት ተወዳዳሪዎች በዘርፉ አግባብነት ያለውን ወሣኝ የሆኑ ዶክሜንቶች በኢጂፒ ሲስተ ምኦላይን ላይ ለጨረታው ማያያዝዎን አይዘንጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪ ያቢድቦንድ (ሲፒኦ) ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች የጫረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢደቦንድ(ሲፒኦ) ከሚመለከተው መ/ቤት/ በአድራሻ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ የጫረታ መክፈቻ እለት ከመድረሱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ አ/አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊትለፊት በሚገኘው መወዩ ማስተባበሪያ ፅ/ቤት ወይም መወዩ ሕ/ናና ጤ/ሣይ/ኮ/ሪ/ሆ የግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ፅ/ቤት መቅረብ አለበት፡፡  ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ዕለትና ሰዓት ተከታትለው ኪ-ሼረዎን ሼር ማድረግ አይዘንጉ  የአዳራሽ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥበት ባሌሮቤ እና ጎባ ከተማ ውስጥ ነው፡፡  የአዳራሽ ኪራይ ዋጋ ሲሞሉ በሮቤ እና ጎባ ከተማ ውስጥ ያዳራሽ ኪራይ የወቅቱን ዋጋ ባገናዘበ መልኩ ቫትን አካተው ዋጋ መሙላትዎን አይዘንጉ  የአዳራሽ ኪራይ አገልግሎቱ አፈፃፀም የመወዩ ሕ/ናና/ጤ/ሣይ/ኮ/ሪ/ሆ የስብሰባ ፕሮግራም በሚኖርበት ወቅት የአዳራሽ ኪራይ አገልግሎት ጥያቄው አስቀድሞ ለአሸናፊው ድርጅት በደብዳቤ ተገልፆ የሚፈፀም ይሆናል፡፡  የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገው ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት በሚገኝ የዋጋ መረጃ ሆኖ ከኢትዮጵያ ስታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት አለመገኘቱ ከተረጋገጥ በአካባቢው በሚጠናው የወቅቱ የገበያ ዋጋ መረጃ መሰረት የሚፈፀም ሲሆን ይህ የሚሆነው አገልግሎት መስጠት ከተጀመረበት አ3 ወ ርበኋላ ነው፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመወዩ ሕ/ናና/ጤ/ሣይ/ኮ/ሪ ሆ ጋር ውል በመግባት አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ ሲሆን ሌሎች ዝርዝር ሁኔታዎች በውል ውስጥ የሚካተቱ ይሆናሉ፡፡  የአዳራሽ ኪራይ ጥራቱንና ምቾቱን የጠበቀ መሆን አለበት  የአገልግሎት ጊዜው እስከ 2019 ዓ.ም የበጀት ዓመት ማብቂያ ይሆናል፡፡  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጫረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
