• Warranty1.     The bidder must guarantee that the thermoplastic paint to be supplied shall be of high quality and free from all skins, dirt, and foreign objects2.     The supplier should  warrant that, the Thermoplastic paint shall meet the technical specification requirement specified herein conformity with international standard(AASHTO m249)3.     Guarantee that the material, upon heating to application temperature, shall not exude fumes that are toxic, or injurious to person or property .The pigment beads and filler shall be well dispersed in the resin.  4.     Guarantee that this Thermoplastic paint for use in road marking is of the required quality.5.     The bidder also guarantees to replace free of charge if the Thermoplastic paint fails by reason of defective material of product within twelve (12) months from date of  receipt of the goods at the final destination. Reference: 33
