ቢሮዉ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታው በተዘጋ በ30 ደቂቃ ውስጥ ቴክኒካል ኬይ እንድትልኩ ካላካችሁ በራሳቹህ ፈቃድ ከጨረታ ውጪ ትሆናላቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ናሙና ቢሮው ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸወ፡፡
