Terms and Conditions

Governing Law and Rules: This procurement process and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and public procurement directives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bid Validity Period: Bids shall remain valid for a period of not less than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the official deadline date specified for bid submission. Delivery and Inspection: The supplier shall deliver the C-leg leatherette executive chairs and high-tensile wire mesh office chairs in full compliance with the technical specifications and delivery schedule to the Ethiopian Military Academy warehouse in Holeta. Final acceptance is subject to inspection and verification by the Academy's technical property inspection committee. Warranty and Defects Liability: All supplied furniture items must carry a minimum manufacturer and supplier warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defects, structural weaknesses, or substandard materials. Any defective items identified during delivery or within the warranty period shall be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost to the procuring entity. Payment Terms: Payment shall be processed in accordance with the standard government procurement payment schedule, executed upon successful delivery, inspection acceptance, and submission of legally valid tax invoices and clearance certificates. የህግ ማዕቀፍ እና ገዥ ደንቦች፡ ይህ የግዢ ሂደት እና ከእሱ ጋር የተያያዙ ማናቸውም ስምምነቶች በፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ኢትዮጵያ ሕጎች እና በሕዝብ ግዢ መመሪያዎች መሠረት ይተረጎማሉ፣ ይፈጸማሉም። የጨረታ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ፡ ጨረታው ለይፋዊ የጨረታ ማቅረቢያ የመጨረሻ ቀን ከተቀመጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ ቢያንስ ለ90 (ዘጠና) ቀናት ፀንቶ ይቆያል። እቃዎችን የማስረከብ እና የመመርመር ሂደት፡ አሸናፊው አቅራቢ ድርጅት የሊዘር ከቨር ስራ አስፈፃሚ ወንበሮችን (Executive Chairs) እና ከፍተኛ ጥንካሬ ያላቸው የሽቦ ሜሽ የቢሮ ወንበሮችን በተጠቀሰው ዝርዝር መግለጫ (Specification) እና የጊዜ ሰሌዳ መሠረት ሆለታ በሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ወታደራዊ አካዳሚ መጋዘን ማድረስ አለበት። የመጨረሻው መቀበል በአካዳሚው የቴክኒክ ንብረት ምርመራ ኮሚቴ ማረጋገጫ ላይ የተመሠረተ ይሆናል። የዋስትና ጊዜ (Warranty): የሚቀርቡት የፈርኒቸር እቃዎች ከማኑፋክቸሪንግ ጉድለቶች፣ ከእቃዎች ጥራት ማነስ ወይም ከውቅር ድክመቶች ጋር በተያያዘ ቢያንስ የ1 ዓመት ዋስትና ሊኖራቸው ይገባል። በግዢው ማድረሻ ወቅት ወይም በዋስትና ጊዜ ውስጥ ጉድለት ያለባቸው ሆነው የተገኙ እቃዎች በአቅራቢው ወጪ በአዲስ መተካት አለባቸው። የክፍያ ሁኔታዎች፡ ክፍያው በመንግስት መደበኛ የግዢ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ መሠረት እቃዎቹ ተረክበው፣ በኮሚቴ ተመርምረው ተቀባይነት ካገኙ እና ህጋዊ የግብር ከፋይ ደረሰኞች ከቀረቡ በኋላ ይፈጸማል።
