The organization (MOR- Medium Tax Payers No. 2 Branch Office) has a right to cancel the bid fully or partially. 1. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት የተጠየቀውን ሳምፕል በግዜ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፣ 2. መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 3. አሸናፊው አቅራቢ ያሸነፈበትን እቃ ግዥ ፈፃሚው ድርጅት መጋዘን ውስጥ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ 4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረትባቸው የዕቃ ዓይቶች ናሙና ወይም ሳምፕል ማቅርብ አለባቸው፡፡ ናሙናቸውን ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ቀድመው ማስገባት አለባቸው ሳንፕል/ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ የሚሆን መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡ 5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በብሔራዊ ባንክ ከተፈቀደላቸው የፋይናንስ ተቋማት ለጨረታ ዋስትና የሚሆን ሲፒኦ (CPO) ብቻ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፣ እንዲሁም ሲፒኦ (CPO) ሲያሰሩ በገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር መካከለኛ ግብር ከፋዬች ቁጥር 2 ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መሆን አለበት፡፡ በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የተደራጁ ከሆነ ካደራጃቸው አካል የመስሪያ ቤቱ የበላይ ሀላፊ ብቻ የተፈረመ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለባቸው ከዚያ ውጭ የሚቀርብ ደብዳቤ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ 6. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ሲከፈት ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል KEY በሠዓቱ ሼር ማድረግ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
