1. መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች 50,000 ብር የሚይዝ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ማያያዝ እና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው 3. Technical Private key ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የማያስገባ(share) ያላደረገ ተጫራች መስሪያ ቤቱ ተጠያቂ እንዳልሆነ እንገልፃለን;;
