 ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ዩኒቨርሲቲው እንደስፈላጊነቱን ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች የተወዳደሩባቸውን ጎማዎች እስከ ድርጅቱ ባለሙያ በመላክ ትክክለኛነቱን (ጥራቱን ሊያስገመግም ይችላል፡፡  ተወዳዳሪዎች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ጎማዎች የተሰራበትን Uገርና የጎማውን ስያሜ (Brand) መግለፅ አለባቸው፡፡  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አሰቀድሞ በአካል ኦርጅናሉን ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡  አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ያሸነፉባቸውን ጎማዎችን በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት እስከ ዩንቨርሰቲ በማቅረብ ማስረከብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
