 ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ አስቀድሞ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት::  አሸናፊው ድርጅት ንብረቱን ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡  አሸናፊው ድርጅት አቅርቦት ከመፈጸሙ በፊት የዕቃውን ናሙና ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
