Bid documents can be collected from Oxfam in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Office, Imperial Gerji, Bole Ring Road Street, behind Sami Building, Sub-City: Bole, Woreda 13, House No. 0054, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.

Bidders are required to bring the original bank deposit slip when collecting the TOR document.
