ተጫራቹ ከዜግነት አወሳሰን ጋር በተያያዘ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.2 ላይ የተገለፀውን ካላሟላ፣ 
የጋራ ማህበሩን የመረጃ ቅፅ፣

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.1 መሠረት ጨረታው የቀረበው ከጋራ ማህበር ከሆነና ተጫራቹ የጋራ ማህበሩን የመረጃ ቅፅ፣ ማህበሩ የተቋቋመበትን ስምምነት ማቅረብ ካልቻለ፣

 

 
ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (iii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ ታክስ የከፈለበትን ሰርቲፊኬት ከታክስ ባለሥልጣን ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣
የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት

በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣ 
የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (i) መሠረት ተጫራቹ ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣
የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ሐ) መሠረት የውጭ ሀገር ተጫራች ሆኖ ከተቋቋመበት ሀገር የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣
የጥቅም ግጭት

በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.3 መሠረት ከተጫራቹ ጋር የጥቅም ግጭት መኖሩ ሲታወቅ፣
የግብር ከፋይ

የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣ ማስገባት ይኖርባችኋል፡

 
የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ

አንድ  መቶ ሸህ ብር መጠን ያለው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ/በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ጋራንቲ ስካን/ Scan /በማድረግ ከመጨረታ ዶክመንታችሁ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርባችኋል፡

ተጫራቾች በዚህ የጨረታ ሰነድ የፍላጐቶች መግለጫ ውስጥ በዝርዝር የቀረቡትን ዕቃዎች ናሙና ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ጨረታው ሊከፈት ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ብቻ በጨረታ ሰነዱ በተገለጸው መለኪያው መሠረት ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ የጽህፈት መሳሪያዎች ከየአይነቱ ብዛት 1 /አንድ/ ሳር ቤት አካባቢ በሚገኘው በባለስልጣኑ ዋና መ/ቤት ዕቃ ግ/ቤት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
