- የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል።
- የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል።
- የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል።
- የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ካደራጀው መ/ቤት የገንዘቡ መጠን ተጠቅሶ እና በሚመለከተ የመስሪያ ቤቱ በበላይ አመራር ተፈርሞ መቅረብ አለበት።
- የገንዘቡ መጠን ያልተጠቀሰ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት አይኖረውም።
- የሰርቪስ አገልግሎት ኪራይ ዋጋ መሙያ ቦታ በItem Specification ስር በBill of Material በተዘረዘሩት የመነሻ እና መድረሻ ቦታዎች በማየት መሙላት አለባችሁ።
- የሠራተኞች ማመላለሻ ሰርቪስ አገልግሎት ኪራይ ዋጋ በምትሞሉበት ጊዜ በጨረታው Specific Requirement ላይ attached በተደረገዉ pdf. የሰራተኞች ሰርቪስ ተሸከርካሪዎች መነሻ ቦታዎች/ፌርማታዎች መሠረት መሆን አለበት።
- በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የሚሞሉት የሰርቪስ አገልግሎትኪራይ ዋጋዎች ጨረታን ያሸነፈዉ ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ከተዋዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለአንድ አመት ወይም ለ365 ቀናት የፀና ይሆናል።
- የሚቀረቡት ተሸከርካሪዎች በመስሪያ ቤቱ የስራ ቀናት ሁሉ የሰርቪስ አገልግሎት ያለማቋረጥ ማከናወን የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው።
- የሚቀረቡ ተሸከርካሪዎች መ/ቤት ቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ ለማየት ሲመጡ ማሳያት ይጠበቅባቸዋል ሆኖ ግን ሳምፕል ያላሳዬ ተጫራች ውድቅ ይደረጋል።
- የሚቀረቡ ተሸከርካሪዎች ሰውን የመጫን አቅማቸዉን የሚገልፅ ማረጋገጫ ማሳየት/ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት።
- ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
