• ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ አስቀድሞ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ CPO እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት:: 
• ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
