የጨረታ ማስከበርያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ለዩኒቨርሲቲው የግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ በአካል መቅረብ አለበት።  ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።  የሚያያዙ ማንኛውም ሰነዶች በግልፅ የሚታዩ የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው።  በጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ የተደራጁ ማህበራት የሚያቀርቡት የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ(የጨረታ ማስከበርያ) ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የጨረታ ዓይነት እና የሚያቀርቡት የዋስትና መጠን በብር መጠቀስ አለበት። የእቃውየማስረከብያ ቦታ አክሱም ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ ነው።
