- Terms and Conditions: Tendering term of conditions. 1. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡
- 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
- 3. የሚቀርበዉ የፕርንተር ቀለም ኦርጂናል፣ያልተሞላ ወይም refill ያልተደረገ እና ያልደረቀ መሆን አለበት
- 4. አሸናፊ ድርጅት የፕርንተር ቀለሙን ገቢ ከሚያደርግበት ቀን ጀምሮ ቀለሙ ቢደርቅ ወይም የማይሰራ ቢሆን በምትኩ ሌላ የፕርንተር ቀለም የሚቀይር መሆኑን አዉቃችሁ ለአንድ አመት የሚቆይ warranty ማቅረብ አለባችሁ ፡፡
- 4. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
- 5. የፕርንተር ቀለም ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ቀደም ብሎ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡
- 6. በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ያደራጀው መ/ቤት በላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበረያ ብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደገበት መሆን አለበት፡፡
- 7. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎችን ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡
- 8. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
