Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate

  • Terms and Conditions: ማሳሰቢያ ለተጫራቾች፡- - ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱባቸው የምግብ ዕሬ ዕቃዎች ናሙናዎችን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን በፊት አዲስ አበባ 22/ሃያ ሁለት/ አካባቢ ከአዲስ ሕይወት ሆስፒታል ፊትለፊት የሚገኘው አላጌ የግብርና ኮሌጅ ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘው የኮሌጃችን(አጋርፋ ግ/ቴ/ሙ/ት/ትና ሥ/ኮሌጅ) ጉዳይ አስፈጻሚ ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • - በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆኑ ተጫራቾች፡
  • - ሰርገኛ ጤፍ፣ ሽሮ አተር ክክና ምስር ክክ በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት የማስጫኛና ማስወረጃ ወጪዎችን በመሸፈን ገዥው መስሪያ ቤት ማለትም አጋርፋ የግብርና ቴ/ሙ/ት/ትና ሥልጠና ኮሌጅ ድረስ በማቅረብ ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • - የምግብ ዘይት አሸናፊ የሚሆኑ ድርጅቶች በራሳቸው ቴራንስፖርት የማስጫኛና ማስወረጃ ወጪዎችን በመሸፈን አዲስ አበባ 22/ሃያ ሁለት/ አካባቢ ከአዲስ ሕይወት ሆስፒታል ፊትለፊት በሚገኘው አላጌ የግብርና ኮሌጅ ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ በሚገኘው የኮሌጃችን(አጋርፋ ግ/ቴ/ሙ/ት/ትና ሥ/ኮሌጅ) ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ በማቅረብ ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 
  • - ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረታቸው ዕቃዎች በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 166,280.00(አንድ መቶ ስልሳ ስድስት ሺህ ሁለት መቶ ሰማንያ) ብቻ የባንክ ዋስትና(CPO) በአጋርፋ የግብርና ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ኮሌጅ ስም በማዘጋጀት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 
  • - የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያልሆኑ ተወዳዳሪዎች ለጨረታ ዋስትና ያስያዙት የባንክ ዋስትና(CPO) የጨረታ ውጤት ከተገለጸ 7(ሰባት) ቀን በኋላ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ውሉን እንደፈረሙ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡
  • - የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች የአሸነፉባቸውን ዕቃዎች የርክክብ ማጠናቀቂያ ጊዜያቸው በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ሆኖ በውል ስምምነት ውስጥ የሚገለጽ ይሆናል፡፡
  • - ኮሌጁ የተሻለ መንገድ ከአገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ማብራሪያ ቢፈልጉ፡- - 09 10 29 65 07 አቶ አሳልፍ ትርፌ ወይም -09 22 56 58 19 አቶ አልይ ዑመር በመደወል ማብራሪያ መጠይቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
