ኦርጅናል ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ኮምቦልቻ ግቢ ግዥ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ ያሸነፉትን እቃዎች በውሉ መሠረት በወሎ ዩኒቨርስቲ ኮምቦልቻ ካምፓስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃዎቹን የሚያስገባው በተጠየቀው ዝርዝር መለያ(specification) መሠረት በጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ ሳንፕሉ ማለፉ ሲረጋገጥ ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ሰአት ተጫራቶች ከሲስተሙ ያገኙትን የራሳቸውን የጨረታ “Private Key” በወቅቱ መላክ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡አቅርቦቱ የሚቀርበው አሸናፊው ድርጅት ውለታ ከያዘበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ጥቅምት 30 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ድረስ ይሆናል፡፡አቅርርቦቱ እስከ ጥቅምት 30 ቀን 2019 በጀት ዓመት ቢሆንም አጃ ክክ የሚያሸንፈው ድርጅት ኢንስቲትዩቱ በሚፈለግበት ጊዜ ብቻ የሚያቀርብ ይሆናል፡፡
