1ኛ. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ዋጋ ሲሞሉ ትራንስፖርትን ጫኝና አውራጅን በማካተት ወልድያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናው ግቢ ጀነቶ በር ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል። 2ኛ. ኦን ላይን ያሲያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ /ጋራንት/ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሀርድ ኮፒ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ተወካይ በመገኘት ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል። 3ኛ. ተጫራቹ የቴክኒካልና የፋይናንሽያል ኬይ በሚከፈትበት ቀን ኦላይን ሸር ማድረግ ይኖርበታል ሸር ማድረግ ካለቻለ ግን ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል። 4ኛ. ተጫራቹ በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ደብዳቤ በሃላፊ መፈረም ይኖርበታል። በተጨማሪም ከአደራጃቸው አካል መተማመኛ ቅጽ በአባሪ 4 መሰረት ሞልቶ በኦንላይን ማያያዝና በሀርድ ኮፒም ማምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል። 5ኛ. ሁሉም ተጫራች ዋጋ ሲሞላ የመንግስትን ታክስ አካቶ መሙላት አለበት። 6ኛ. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
