- Terms and Conditions: 1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 150,000.00 (አንድ መቶ ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ባ/ዳር ጉ/ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 307 የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ 2.የሹፌር ወጭ ደሞዝ፤ ነዳጅ በራሱ ችሎ መስራት ፈቃደኛ የሆነ፡፡ 3. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለሚወዳደሩበት መስመር የተወዳደረበትን ተሸከርካሪ በአካል ማሳየት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 4.የአገልግሎት ጊዜዉ ለአንድ አመት ሆኖ እንደየ አስፈላጊነቱ ሊራዘም የሚችል እና የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገው ከ ስድስት ወር በኃላ መሆኑ ይታወቅ 5.በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ሌላ መስመር /ፌርማታ/ ላይ ውል ወስዶ አገልግሎት እየሰጠ ያለ ተሸከርካሪ መወዳደር አይቻልም 6.ጥሩ የተሽከርካሪ ይዞታ ያለዉ ዝናብ፣ፀሀይና አቧራ የማያስገባ እና ምንም ጉዳት በተሽከርካሪዉ አካል ላይ ያለደረሰበት 7. ለወረታ ደረቅ ወደብ እና ለጎንደር መቅረጫ ጣቢያ ቢሮ ሰራተኞች ጠዋት 1፡50 ሰዓት ከቤታቸው ወደ ቢሮ ለማድረስ ከቢሮ 11፡05 ሰዓት መነሻ ወደ ቤታቸው ለማድረስ 8. ለወረታ ደረቅ ወደብ ቢሮ ሰራተኞች ሰርቪስ ጠዋት 5፡55 ከቢሮ ወደ ቤታቸው ለማድረስ እና ከሰዓት 6፡55 ከቤታቸው ወደ ቢሮ ለማድረስ /ምሳ ሰዓት/ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችል . ማሳሰቢያ ፡- ለተወዳደረበት መስመር ዋጋ የተሰጠበትን ታርጋ ቁጥር ማስገባት እና የተጠየቀውን የተሸከርካሪውን መረጃ /ሰነድ/ ማየያዝ አለበት ፡፡ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
