Having been submitted business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6
ተወዳደሪዎቹ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ከሆኑ በጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ምትክ ማህበራቱን ካደራጃቸው የመንግስት ተቋም የሚሰጥ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ በፌደራል መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሰረት የሚቀርበው የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የተጠየቀዉን የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ ማህበራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት የበላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
