Factor Criteria
valid tax clearance certificate

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

 
valid business license

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)
Nationality

Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.
valid excise tax registration certificate

For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;

Notice: 

  • Terms and Conditions: ማሳሰቢያ ዩኒቨርሲቲችን ባወጣዉ በዚህ ጨረታ ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች የሚከተለውን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 1. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈቸውን እቃወች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት መቅደላ አምባ ዪኒቨርሲቲ እና መካነሰላም ካምፓስ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ሊይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond/ Bank Guarantee) ወይም Cpo ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ ቀናት ዉስጥ አዲስ አበባ ከሚገኘ የመቅደላ አምባ ኒቨርስቲ ገስት ሃውስ ላምበረት ማዓድን ሚኒስተር ዝቅ ብሎ ባለዉ መቅደላ አምባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ /ቤት ዉስጥ ማቅረብ አለባችሁ ወይም ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ ቀናት መቅደላ አምባ የኒቨርሲታቲ ዋናዉ ግቢ አስተዳደር ህንፃ G-R-04 በአካል ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ይህን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ አለባችሁ፡፡ 3. ዋጋ ስትሞሉ ዝርዝር መስፈርቱን እና መለኪያውን በጥንቃቄ በመመልከት ይሙሉ፡፡ 4. ተጫራቾች በአነስተኛ እና ጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ማህበራት ከሆኑ ካደራጃቸው አካል የጨረታ ማስከበርያው የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ፤ ዋስትናውን የሚወስድ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ በአደራጃችሁ መስርያ ቤት የበላይ ኃላፊ ብቻ የተፈረመ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 5. የጨረታ መክፍቻ ኪ-ኮዲ /OTP/ በሲስተሙ ላይ በሰኣቱ ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች ፤ በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 6. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
